Hollywood heartthrob Zac Efron sparked concern after being hospitalized in Spain following a “minor swimming incident” at his Ibiza villa. The 36-year-old actor, known for his roles in “High School Musical” and “A Family Affair,” was taken to the hospital for precautionary reasons, according to his representative.
Efron was reportedly found in the pool by villa staff and pulled out of the water. The night before the incident, he was seen in good spirits at the Ushuaïa Ibiza Hotel and Beach Club, dancing on stage with DJ Martin Garrix.
