This incident comes just two weeks after Trump survived an assassination attempt at a rally in Pennsylvania.
According to reports, Secret Service agents had Trump wait before taking the stage as the two individuals were located and removed from the venue. Despite the delay, a Secret Service spokesperson confirmed that there was never a threat to the former president.
The two individuals were questioned by law enforcement but were not charged in connection with the incident. It remains unclear how they were able to bypass the screening process.
