Supriya and Sachin Pilgaonkar have been married for 36 years and are still going strong. To wish each other, the veteran actors shared sweet photos on their individual social media sites.
Thank you so much for the wonderful 36. “You’re a gangster,” their daughter Shriya, who is also a performer, commented in the comments section. In the meantime, Sachin also published a post, writing: “36 years of togetherness. God has been gracious. Thank you for your good fortune”.
Shriya wished her parents a similarly sweet post, writing: “36 years of being friends and collaborators in reel and real-life”. My crazy soulmates, I wish you a happy anniversary. The greatest blessing is to be born to you”.
Sachin directed Supriya’s first film, Navri Mile Navryala, in which she made her acting debut.
On December 21, 1985, the pair married. Ashi Hi Banwa Banwi (1988), Mazha Pati Karodpati (1988), Aaytya Gharat Gharoba (1991), Navra Mazha Navsacha (2004), and Amhi Satpute were among the films in which they appeared together (2008).
They also competed in the first season of the dance reality show, which they won.
