Her drag name is a nod to the historical enslavement of Caribbean people by the British and other European countries, sparking important discussions about her ancestry and history.
Another contestant, Saki Yew, born in Australia to Filipino parents and now residing in Manchester, describes her background as a “Frankenstein of drag,” showcasing the diverse influences that have shaped her drag persona.
