It was about three months ago that Sahil, notorious rugger, had rugged a token named after multi platinum rapper Lil Pump. Since then Lil Pump has made a variety of moves to show that he is serious about the memecoin game. He shows up at random spaces. He still shills his token (although in recent days this has certainly slowed down it never stopped). He launched a Kick stream and is clearly trying to regain the relevance he had in the 2017-2019 era. At the end of the day what matters to the crypto market is what he does within it. Enter NFT Demon, the largest NFT artist on BNB Chain and owner of the largest consulting firm in blockchain integrations amongst celebrities and Fortune 500 companies according to Wikipedia. About a month ago NFT Demon, also known as Jeremy Ryan, joined the Lil Pump team. This was met with a lot of speculation. Many people took notice and predicted an impeding NFT collection.
The speculation ended in September when both Lil Pump and NFT Demon released tweets confirming the collection. But it doesn’t end there. The collection is on Drip Haus which is a platform to give NFTs for free meaning these ones will be free. This marks the first celebrity collection with a well known artist to be given out for free. In order to get the free NFT all you have to do is sign up for Drip Haus then follow NFT Demons artist page. Do that by October 4th and you will have a free claimable “Pump and Trump” NFT. It seems to be severely under promoted by Lil Pump which could lead to a small market. In turn that could also end in a high resale value if Pump gains the same level of recognition he previously had and Trump wins the White House. Its unclear whether the lack of promotion is intentional for this reason or not but regardless it could turn into a prime opportunity. In various social media posts Demon has indicated this may not be the last collaboration. But one thing is clear. Lil Pump chose the best he could find which would indicate he doesn’t intend on leaving the token anytime soon.
