The situation is dire in Al-Mawasi, a coastal village in southern Gaza that has been designated as a destination for those asked to leave Rafah. Aid officials have raised concerns about the village lacking proper shelter, humanitarian aid, and basic infrastructure to support the influx of displaced people.
