Kevin Holland Pulls Off Incredible Comeback Win at UFC 302
Kevin Holland came into UFC 302 on a mission to break his two-fight losing streak, and he did just that in spectacular fashion. The middleweight fighter was knocked down early in the first round by Michal Oleksiejczuk, but he managed to recover and secure a victory with an impressive armbar submission.
In a post-fight interview, Holland shared his thoughts on the fight, saying, “Dude cracked me with a good shot, somehow we ended up on the ground, left his arm in a little too far. You know what they say, either too out or too in.” He also mentioned that he tried not to go too hard during the submission attempt, but when he realized his opponent wasn’t going to tap, he had to apply more pressure.
Not only did Holland win the fight, but he also appeared to snap Oleksiejczuk’s arm in the process. After the victory, Holland celebrated by hopping over the Octagon and shaking hands with former President Trump, who was in attendance at the event.
This win marks Holland’s first victory since July 2023, and it comes after losses to Jack Della Maddalena and Michael Page. With this impressive comeback, Holland has once again proven himself as a force to be reckoned with in the UFC.
