House Speaker Mike Johnson has launched a fundraising hub in a bid to bolster the Republicans’ majority in the House of Representatives in 2024, following former President Trump’s impressive showing in critical Super Tuesday primary contests.

The victories for Trump on Super Tuesday prompted former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley to suspend her presidential campaign. In a video obtained by Fox News Digital, Speaker Johnson congratulated Trump and declared him the GOP nominee.

“President Trump is our nominee and the American people are ready to return to secure borders, economic prosperity, and peace through strength we experienced under his leadership,” Johnson said in a statement.

Johnson introduced a new website, growthemajority.com, which outlines the importance of the 2024 election. The website emphasizes the need to defend and expand the GOP House majority, warning of the potential consequences if Democrats were to win in 2024.

The House Speaker endorsed Trump for president last year and has been actively working to grow the Republican majority in Congress. The website is urging voters to donate to help expand the majority in 2024, with a suggested donation amount of “$20.24.”

The launch of the website comes after Johnson met with Trump at Mar-a-Lago to discuss the 2024 election cycle. House Republican leaders have shown unity around Trump as he seeks the GOP nomination for president.

Overall, Johnson’s efforts to grow the Republican majority in the House of Representatives in 2024 are gaining momentum, with the support of former President Trump and other key Republican leaders.
