Tourists, a renovated 46-room motor lodge in North Adams, Mass., has added two new accommodations to its offerings in the town’s Blackinton Historic District. These two houses, part of the Tourists Homes offshoot, provide larger groups with a unique lodging experience. The houses, one sleeping up to 11 and the other six, have been restored with a mix of retro and contemporary design elements. The larger house features an oversize round Douglas fir table for family-style dining, while the smaller house comes with an original Rhodes Mark 1 piano.

Both houses offer stunning views of Mount Williams and Mount Prospect from their back decks, giving guests a true taste of the Berkshires forest land. Guests staying at these houses also have access to the hotel’s pool and community events, including a free concert series featuring visiting musicians.

The Tourists team plans to renovate a third house, a former five-room B&B, in the winter. These unique accommodations are available for booking now, with a three-night minimum for the small house and a four-night minimum for the larger house. Prices start at $895 a night.
