The funding round, spearheaded by Animoca Brands, has attracted support from prominent investors like Sky Mavis, Arcane Group, Spartan Group, Foresight Ventures, HashKey Capital, and Xu Family Office.
The primary focus of the fresh capital will be on enhancing Puffverse’s popular party game, PuffGo, and developing a cutting-edge cloud gaming platform. This platform will enable NFT projects to effortlessly create personalized metaverses using Puffverse’s engine, eliminating the need for complex coding skills.
In a strategic move, Puffverse has partnered with Sky Mavis to transition its entire portfolio to Ronin, a blockchain environment optimized for gaming. This transition aims to leverage Ronin’s capabilities to enhance the gaming experience with efficient transaction processing and robust community engagement features.

The company’s flagship title on Ronin, PuffGo, is a multiplayer royale party game that combines skill-based gameplay with earning opportunities. It also features User-Generated Content (UGC) capabilities, allowing players to create custom game maps.
