The long-awaited reunion of Oasis has finally been confirmed by the Gallagher brothers, Noel and Liam. The iconic band will be embarking on a tour named Oasis Live ’25, playing a series of dates across the UK and Ireland.
The tour will include four dates at Manchester’s Heaton Park, four at London’s Wembley Stadium, two nights at Edinburgh’s Murrayfield Stadium, two at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium, and the final dates in Ireland at Dublin’s Croke Park.
Tickets for Oasis Live ’25 will go on general sale on Saturday, 31 August 2024, with prices to be announced on Thursday, 29 August. Fans will be able to purchase up to four tickets each.
While the band has described these dates as their only European shows, speculation remains about a possible headline slot at Glastonbury 2025. The band has not confirmed or denied this possibility, leaving fans hopeful for a surprise appearance at the iconic festival.
The original Oasis line-up included Liam and Noel Gallagher, guitarist Paul “Bonehead” Arthurs, bassist Paul “Guigsy” McGuigan, and drummer Tony McCarroll. The line-up has changed over the years, and it is unclear who will be joining the Gallagher brothers on tour next year.
The reunion comes after years of speculation and anticipation from fans, with many wondering why the brothers decided to reform. While the real reason remains unknown, the prospect of 14 huge shows generating significant income for the band is a plausible explanation.
As fans eagerly await the opportunity to secure tickets for Oasis Live ’25, the excitement and anticipation for the band’s comeback continue to grow.
