Miami Dolphins’ Track and Field Stars Challenge Noah Lyles to a Race

Miami Dolphins’ star players Tyreek Hill, Raheem Mostert, Jaylen Waddle, and DeVon Achane are not backing down from a challenge issued by track and field Olympic gold medalist Noah Lyles. The Dolphins’ offensive players, who have a shared passion for track and field, believe they have what it takes to compete with Lyles in a race.

Hill, known for his speed on the football field, boldly claimed that he and his teammates could run with Lyles in a race. Mostert echoed this sentiment, stating that they all could keep up with the Olympic sprinter.

The Dolphins have a tradition of checking their speed stats after games, with Hill dominating the competition last season. They have now added Odell Beckham Jr. to the mix, as the wide receiver aims to prove himself among his fast teammates.

While Beckham is currently on the physically-unable-to-perform list, Mostert says they plan to involve him in their sprinting culture once he’s ready.

In addition to drawing inspiration from track and field, the Dolphins were also captivated by the Olympics, particularly by Simone Biles’ gold-winning performance in gymnastics. Mostert highlighted Biles’ mindset and determination as a source of motivation for the team.

As the Dolphins gear up for the upcoming season, they are focused on making a playoff run and reaching the Super Bowl. With a roster of speedy offensive players, including Hill, Mostert, Waddle, Achane, and Beckham, the team is confident in their abilities to compete at the highest level.

The Dolphins will face tough competition in their quest for a championship, but their track and field-inspired mindset could be the key to their success on the football field.
