The rumors of tension between Vanna White and Ryan Seacrest on the set of “Wheel of Fortune” seem to have been put to rest as the two were spotted enjoying a meal together and sharing it on social media. White, who had previously been rumored to be considering quitting the show due to difficulties working with Seacrest, posted a photo of the two of them dining out and captioned it “Friends on and off camera. Enjoying one of our favorites, Chicken and Dumplings!”
White had co-hosted “Wheel of Fortune” with Pat Sajak since 1982 until his retirement earlier this year. Sources had previously indicated that White was struggling with the transition to working with Seacrest, but it seems that the two are now getting along well.
It was announced last summer that Seacrest would be taking over as the new host of “Wheel of Fortune” after Sajak’s retirement. Sajak’s last episode aired in June, but he is set to host one final season of “Celebrity Wheel of Fortune” in the fall.
Fans of the show can rest assured that White will be sticking around until at least the 2025-2026 season, as she recently extended her contract. It seems that the future of “Wheel of Fortune” is in good hands with Seacrest and White at the helm.
